The Start of My Fitness Journey

Symbolically on March 20, I started working out for ME because I wanted my body back after having two back to back babies. I have always worked out but for the first time I am eating better and focusing on my nutrition. 

Three months later, I have lost 10 pounds and 4.5 inches.  I feel like I am in the best shape of my life and  finally confident with my body.
